Chad Byers

Chad Byers serves as the Managing Partner of The Symmetrical Group, providing capital solutions to middle market companies in the United States since January 2005. In addition to this role, Chad holds various board positions with organizations including American Pavilion, Lafayette Tents & Events, XMG, Aero Machine & Manufacturing, Complete Crewing, Inc., BAI Group, WHM Consulting, LLC, Anco-Eaglin Inc., and Graboyes Commercial Window and Glass Solutions. Chad's extensive experience spans strategic sales, acquisitions, environmental consulting, military and law enforcement products, and event production support. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, with dual minors in Professional Education and Health Sciences.
