Christine Fischer

Christine Fischer is an accomplished HR executive with a robust career spanning over a decade at L3Harris Technologies and Harris Corporation. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at L3Harris Technologies since July 2019, Christine leads HR and Internal Communications for the Corporate Headquarters. Previous roles include Senior Director positions supporting significant sectors and functions within the company, as well as directing enterprise talent acquisition and university relations. At Harris Corporation, Christine held various leadership roles, including Director of Enterprise University Relations and Recruitment, and Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Engagement, where initiatives such as Employee Resource Groups and a women's leadership conference were successfully launched. Christine's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Florida.
