Rich Foster

Rich Foster serves as Vice President at L3Harris Technologies since July 2019 and has held the position of Chairman & Vice President (Canada) at L3 Technologies since 2016. Prior to these roles, Rich Foster had an extensive military career in the Royal Canadian Air Force, including positions as Deputy Commander at Canadian Joint Operations Command, 1 Canadian Air Division, and Wing Commander at 15 Wing. Rich Foster's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada. Additionally, Rich Foster has completed the National Strategic Programme and the Canadian Forces Command and Staff College.
