Todd Kishpaugh

Todd Kishpaugh is a seasoned business development executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries, including defense, logistics, and aviation. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at L3Harris Technologies since March 2023, Todd is responsible for strategic growth initiatives and market development in support of US Army ISR pursuits. Previously, Todd held leadership positions at ITMGL and Argos Unmanned Aerial Solutions, focusing on marketing strategy and operational efficiency. With a military background as a Military Officer and Pilot-In-Command in the US Army, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge in aviation operations, resource management, and program integration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Military History from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Gdansk.
