Kristen Kilroy Thiry

Kristen Kilroy Thiry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the branded currency and payment technology sectors. As a cofounder of Flourish: The Growth of Branded Currency Conference since 2017, Kristen has been instrumental in addressing the opportunities and challenges within the branded currency industry. Kristen also co-founded K+H Connection in 2015, a consulting firm specializing in stored value and prepaid products, where innovation is a key focus. Additionally, Kristen has contributed to the empowerment of female FinTech founders through the creation of FinFoundTheir in 2018, facilitating workshops that connect them with experts and investors. Kristen's previous roles include client development manager at Capital One and various positions at Discover Financial Services, including manager of business development for prepaid and emerging payments. Kristen's early career includes internships at Nike and Intel. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Art Theory and Practice, and Animate Arts from Northwestern University.
