Luis Ayala

Luis Ayala is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as President & CEO of La Causa, Inc. since February 2023, Luis previously held the position of Vice President of Finance at VISIT Milwaukee from March 2020 to October 2022. Prior experience includes finance roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, sales finance at Miller Brewing Company, and a business analyst position at Johnson & Johnson. Luis began a career in financial analysis with The Walt Disney Company. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lubar College of Business.
