Anthony Rios

Anthony Rios is an experienced professional in quality assurance and food safety management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at La Chiquita Tortilla since March 2023. Prior to this role, Anthony held the position of Assistant Food Safety and Quality Manager at Marukan Vinegar USA Inc from June 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing the quality and uniqueness of rice vinegar through traditional Japanese techniques. Additional experience includes roles in quality control, production leadership, and maintenance, with a foundational background as Assistant of Manager at Graficas Tony C.a for over a decade. Anthony holds a Licenciatura in Contabilidad from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, completed in 2011.
