Diane George has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Diane is currently working as the VP of Product Strategy and Innovation at La Colombe Coffee Roasters since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Brand Strategy at the same company from February 2021 to September 2022.
Before joining La Colombe, Diane worked at Campbell Soup Company starting in August 2013. During their tenure, they held multiple roles including Senior Brand Manager, Manager of Innovation, Manager of Brand Strategy, Manager of Brand Activation, Senior Associate of Brand Activation, Senior Associate Brand Manager, and Associate Brand Manager. In their most recent role as Senior Brand Manager, they were responsible for leading the $500 million+ Prego pasta sauce business, overseeing the full profit and loss responsibility and managing a team of five.
Prior to Campbell Soup Company, Diane worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they served as a Product Manager from June 2012 to June 2013. Diane also participated in the MBA Associate Rotational Leadership Development Program from July 2011 to June 2012.
Diane started their career at Unilever as an MBA Intern from June 2010 to August 2010. Before that, they worked at First Book, a children's literacy nonprofit, as a Strategic Partnerships Manager from August 2006 to May 2009. In this role, they managed corporate co-marketing campaigns and successfully initiated a celebrity participation campaign, securing media coverage and generating a significant number of new email contacts.
Prior to First Book, Diane worked at the American Anti-Slavery Group as a Communications Officer from September 2005 to August 2006.
