Jose Acosta

Jose Acosta is an experienced leader in eCommerce and strategy, currently serving as the Head of eCommerce & Omnichannel at La Comer since March 2019, where Jose drives initiatives across various supermarket brands. Prior to this role, Jose co-founded Antzara.com, an online wine store, and served as the CEO of Pagamobil.com, the first bill payment app in Mexico. Their extensive background at Walmart de Mexico y Centroamerica includes notable positions such as Sr. Director of eCommerce, where Jose led award-winning operations. Jose's earlier experience includes strategic roles at Wal-Mart de Mexico and country management at DeRemate.com. Academically, Jose holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from The Wharton School and additional qualifications in Corporate Finance and Industrial Engineering.
