Mathilde Pichan

Mathilde Pichan is an experienced project manager with a strong background in social initiatives and event coordination. Currently serving as the Cheffe de projet for La Cravate Solidaire since April 2019, Mathilde focuses on improving employment access for individuals facing discrimination related to appearance by providing professional attire and HR advice. Previous experience includes roles at Reporters d'Espoirs, where Mathilde coordinated significant events and managed partnerships, and Secours Catholique-Caritas France, focusing on volunteer engagement. Mathilde also contributed to the founding of Les Popotes, a service delivering organic meal kits. Educationally, Mathilde holds a Master 2 in Humanitarian Action from IRIS Sup' / BIOFORCE and a Master 1 in Finance from Ecole de Commerce Européenne (ECE) Groupe INSEEC.
