Wilfried Lacaille is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Chef de cuisine at Barrière Grand Hotel Dinard since March 2019 and at La Folie Douce since February 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Sous-chef de cuisine at Cures Marines Trouville Hôtel Thalasso & Spa from March 2015 to December 2017 and at La Peniche from April 2014 to February 2015. Wilfried began a long tenure as 1er chef de partie at Le Normandy Barrière, lasting from April 2002 to March 2014. Wilfried holds a degree in Arts Culinary and Table Arts from Université d'Angers.
