Catie Tortorella

Catie Tortorella is an experienced application developer currently employed at La Jolla Institute for Immunology since July 2020. Prior to this role, Catie worked as a UI Developer/Designer at Hookit, where Catie developed the company's first React/Redux application and implemented features in an ASP.NET application. Catie's experience also includes a web development internship at DoWhop and a role as Executive Assistant and Marketing Assistant at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where Catie supported high-value transactions and created marketing materials. Catie's career began at CenterWatch as a Customer Service/Project Representative, enhancing subscription services and optimizing email campaigns. Catie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed a Full Stack JavaScript Bootcamp at LEARN Academy.
