Chen (Alice) Zhang serves as an Instructor at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology since March 2015, where responsibilities include validating RNAi high throughput screening results using the CRISPR/Cas9 system and designing peptide-based labeling systems for single-molecule imaging. Prior to this role, Chen (Alice) Zhang was a Postdoctoral Researcher focused on identifying Ca2+ entry pathways in differentiated mouse Th1 cells and studying ORAI calcium channel regulators through single-molecule imaging. Chen (Alice) Zhang earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from Georgia State University, completing the degree in 2014.
