Kathleen Kendall-Tackett is the Chief Executive Officer of Praeclarus Press, LLC since January 2011, advocating for evidence-based information to enhance parenting and mental health support. As Editor-in-Chief of the peer-reviewed journal Psychological Trauma since August 2000, Kathleen oversees research on trauma and PTSD, contributing to the American Psychological Association's Division of Trauma Psychology, where leadership roles include President and Fellow. Kathleen also serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Clinical Professor of Nursing at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, focusing on doctoral student mentorship. With a research background at the University of New Hampshire and extensive experience in breastfeeding support through La Leche League International, Kathleen has held editorial roles in various publications and coordinated infant health programs at Stanford University.
