Enrico Landini

Enrico Landini currently serves as the Manager of Operations at La Marzocco since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Bar Manager at Olympic Studios, where responsibilities involved staff scheduling, supplier relations, and inventory monitoring, and Senior Manager at T.P. Customs Guitars overseeing assembly and finishing processes. Enrico also held the position of Assistant Bar Manager at Nobu London Restaurants, gaining extensive knowledge in beverage service and customer relations. Enrico's career began as Director of Food & Beverage at brutti&boni, managing the opening of a bar/restaurant in London. Earlier roles included Technical Designer/Patent Translator at Pro-One and Safety Coordinator at GE. Enrico holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
