Loreto M.

Loreto M. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Trainee Psychologist at Centro de Psicología Bertrand Russell from October 2017 to June 2018. During this time, they assessed and intervened in cases of affective dependence, panic attacks, and major depression using a cognitive-behavioral approach.

Loreto then worked as a Health Psychologist in Specialization at the Centro de Psicología Aplicada UAM - Formación from January 2019 to June 2019. In this role, Loreto co-therapied individuals with various psychological problems such as autism spectrum disorder, depression, suicidal ideation, and anxiety disorders. Loreto was responsible for preparing clinical histories, establishing therapy goals, and implementing cognitive-behavioral techniques.

From July 2019 to September 2019, Loreto worked as an Assistant Editor at Mejor con Salud, where they wrote articles in the Psychology section of the health and wellbeing magazine. Loreto covered topics such as couples, sexuality, disorders, therapies, and research results.

Next, Loreto served as a Health Psychologist in Specialization for the recURRA-GINSO project at Asociación GINSO from September 2019 to February 2020. Loreto'sresponsibilities included contacting and informing parents experiencing filioparental violence, conducting assessment interviews, preparing clinical reports, and participating in group therapies for parents.

In May 2019, Loreto became an Assistant Writer for the psychological and popularization magazine, La mente es maravillosa. Loreto edited over one hundred articles related to clinical psychology, psychological therapies, and theoretical concepts. Loreto remained in this role until June 2020.

Loreto worked as a Clinical and Health Psychologist at AFEM Salud Mental from June 2020 to December 2020. Loreto provided guidance and comprehensive accompaniment to individuals with mental health problems, including family members and people with mental illness.

In September 2016, Loreto began working as a Catering Waitress at Artigot Catering. Alongside their academic pursuits, this job provided their with flexibility in scheduling. Loreto learned various skills, including working in diverse teams, managing public-facing roles, understanding event and wedding logistics, and adapting to challenging situations.

From July 2022 to December 2022, Loreto worked as a Psychology Content Writer for La mente es maravillosa. Loreto wrote articles on clinical psychology, first generation therapies, and specific topics such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-compassion, and self-concept.

Finally, Loreto's most recent position is as the Europe ES Manager at Ifeel - Humanising Growth, starting in August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Team Lead for the France team from March 2022 to August 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Trilingual Psychologist Guide for Ifeel from January 2021 to March 2022. Loreto'sresponsibilities included conducting psychological assessments, referring clients to professionals, conducting initial interviews, and providing emotional support services to workers from various companies.

Loreto M. began their education in 2014 at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and completed their studies in 2018. In 2020, they obtained a Master's degree in General Health Psychology from the same university. Loreto then furthered their education at Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, starting in 2022 and completing in 2023, where they earned the title of Expert in Third Generation Therapies (TTG), Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion.

In addition to their academic achievements, Loreto has obtained several certifications. Loreto became a member of Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid and received the "Colegiada M-35758" designation in August 2020. In 2017, they attained the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification from Cambridge Assessment. Furthermore, Loreto obtained the Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française (DALF C1) certification from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse in 2014.
