Margie Salvador

Margie Salvador is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive management experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as General Manager at La Pecora Bianca since October 2020, Margie previously held the role of General Manager at El Toro Blanco from March 2018 to May 2023. Earlier positions include AGM/Beverage Manager at Landry's, Assistant General Manager at Branded Restaurants USA, and Restaurant Manager at PF Chang's China Bistro. Margie holds a degree in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in the Philippines, earned between 2008 and 2011.
