Valérie Decaux

Graduate of EM Normandie (the new name of Sup de Co Le Havre), Valérie Decaux joined the human resources department of the "Nouvelles Messageries de la Presse Parisienne" (Presstalis) in 1990, where she held various responsibilities for 10 years. In 2001, she joined Vediorbis/Randstad and became, in 2003, Human Resources Director and member of the Management Committee. In 2008 she was appointed Group Human Resources Director, member of the Executive Committee of the Saur Group. In 2014, Valérie Decaux was then called to the Monoprix retail chain (Casino Group), where she became Group HR, Communication and CSR Director and member of the Executive Committee. She joins La Poste in September 2019 as Group C.E.O., member of the Executive Committee, in charge of Human Resources and Social Relations.
