Jun Ruan

Jun Ruan is an experienced sommelière currently working at La Provençale since March 2022. Previously, Jun held roles as a trilingual guide at Rémy Cointreau from April 2021 to October 2021 and in August 2020. Jun also served as the assistant to the head sommelier at Hôtel Chais Monnet from June 2018 to April 2019, where responsibilities included creating wine lists, training teams, and managing inventory. Additionally, Jun worked as a sommelier and head of the Chinese market at Latitude 20 from June 2016 to May 2018, and organized the TANGJIUHUI salon in Chengdu. Jun holds a Diploma in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management with a focus on Wine Marketing from INSEEC.
