Emily Strong

Emily Strong currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for La Pulga Spirits, a Fort Worth-based tequila company specializing in 100% blue agave, additive-free tequila imported from Jalisco, Mexico. Prior to this role, Emily operated as an Independent Business Consultant from June 2016 to April 2023, offering finance and accounting consulting services to small and start-up businesses. Emily co-founded the Fort Worth Moms Blog in 2013, fostering connections among local mothers before selling the business to focus on family. Emily’s extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Tax Accountant at Rylander, Clay & Opitz and various roles in accounting and finance at Robert Half International, Crescent Real Estate Equities, Alamosa PCS, Billingsley Company, and S. Thomas McDaniel CPA Tax and Financial Services. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
