Sarah Castillo

Sarah Castillo is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality and food industry. As Co-Founder of La Pulga Spirits since January 2023, and previously as Founder and Managing Partner of Taco Heads, LLC since September 2010, Sarah has demonstrated a strong commitment to culinary innovation, encapsulated in the tagline "Another Day, Another Taco." Prior professional experience includes roles in accounts payable at Morgans Hotel Group from 2007 to 2008 and as pro shop staff at Maroon Creek Club from 2006 to 2007. Sarah earned a degree from The University of Texas at Austin between 2003 and 2006.
