Doriane de Benedittis

Doriane De Benedittis is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, social relations, and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as the Responsable des ressources humaines at La Vie Claire SA since September 2018, Doriane provides support to managers on various HR issues, oversees disciplinary actions and contract termination processes, and manages recruitment and integration policies across the organization. Prior to this role, Doriane worked as Chargée de ressources humaines and Recruteuse IT at Econocom, focusing on IT recruitment, and held positions at Steria, CEGID, bioMerieux, and Randstad, covering various aspects of recruitment and function definition.
