Carlos Enrique Arcaya Degwitz

Carlos Enrique Arcaya Degwitz has worked for three companies since 2019. In 2021, they began working for La Wawa as an Operations Planner, developing operations planning strategies based on data analysis in order to improve the user experience in their app and units. Carlos Enrique also worked with the team of developers and field operations to generate an environment of continuous improvement within the logistics planning processes. Additionally, they began working for Osiris Grupo as an E-Commerce Channels Coordinator, developing B2B and B2C e-commerce channels to deliver digital transformation solutions within the chemical sector. Carlos Enrique worked with different areas and a developer team to integrate and automate all sales, invoicing, warehousing and inventory processes. In 2019, they began working for Deloitte as a Management Consultant - Strategy & Business Design, working with multidisciplinary teams in order to support the client in the design, management, and improvement of their critical processes. Carlos Enrique also worked as a Junior Management Consultant.
