Makayla Drouillard

Makayla Drouillard has extensive experience in human resources within the retail sector, currently serving as Retail Human Resource Manager at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since August 2017, where previous roles included Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Representative for the Retail Division. Prior to this, Makayla held the position of Store Manager at Electrik Beach Tanning Studio from March 2006 to March 2013. Currently enrolled in a Business Administration and Management program at Monroe County Community College, anticipated graduation is in 2025.
