Nicki Peña

Nicki Peña currently serves as the Sr Manager of Design Operations and Traffic for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, focusing on enhancing project management systems to boost efficiency and productivity while facilitating communication between the creative team and external partners. Previously, Nicki was a Marcom Packaging Producer at Apple, where responsibilities included aligning project goals and managing workflows using Wrike. Nicki has extensive experience as a Sr Design Program Manager at ChowNow, overseeing a team of designers and managing the Restaurant Marketing program. Additional roles include Sr. Production Designer at Loot Crate and Production Artist at Dermalogica, along with experience as a Graphics Designer at YG Laboratories. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of California - Orange County.
