Juha Hotti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In chronological order, they began their career at Satama Interactive, where they worked as a Technical Producer, responsible for designing and implementing digital marketing solutions for global clients. Juha then moved on to Ramblas Digital Ltd, where they served as a Technical Director, leading project deliveries and sales for telecom operators. Following this, they joined Starcut Ltd as a Project Manager, working on creating digital services for domestic and international clients.
In 2010, Juha joined Sanoma Media Finland, initially as a Service Planner, responsible for developing news websites and apps. Juha later served as a Technical Project Manager and Manager of Mobile and Device Strategy, leading development teams and driving mobile growth and monetization strategies.
