Visa Sarparanta

Visa Sarparanta is an experienced aviation and occupational health psychologist currently serving as the responsible psychologist for the Aeromedical Centre’s psychological services at Lääkärikeskus Aava since 2018. With a robust background in psychology, Visa Sarparanta has held various positions, including psychologist roles at TE-palvelut, where responsibilities included working with immigrant clients, and as a senior researcher and operational psychologist at the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service, focusing on counterterrorism. Visa Sarparanta's education includes a Specialist Psychologist degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Helsinki and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Turku, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Military Sciences from the National Defence University.
