Nick La Rooy

Nick La Rooy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the technology industry. Nick is currently serving as the Chief Technical Architect at Lab 1, a role they assumed in October 2019. Prior to this, they founded LoopPerfect in March 2016, where they played a pivotal role in the company's establishment and growth. In the same year, they were also a Cohort Member at Entrepreneur First. Nick La Rooy started their career as a Software Developer at Barclays Investment Bank from September 2014 to March 2016. Before that, they worked as a Programmer at DOS Studios from August 2013 to September 2014.

Nick La Rooy pursued their education at The University of Edinburgh from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they successfully completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree with a major in Artificial Intelligence and Philosophy.
