Rashaad Phillips

Rashaad Phillips has a diverse educational background and extensive teaching experience in various academic settings. Currently serving as the Dean of Students at the Lab School of Washington since August 2020 and as an Interdisciplinary Teacher at The Dalton School since August 2018, Rashaad also holds a position as a Humanities Teacher at St. Paul's School since August 2016. Previous roles include Residential Area Coordinator at Babson College and Religion Teacher at Hosanna House. Rashaad began a career in education as a Teaching Fellow at Uncommon Schools. Rashaad obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Davidson College and furthered studies at the University of Pennsylvania from 2016 to 2018.
