Aakriti Gupta

Aakriti Gupta has a diverse work experience. Aakriti started their career in 2016 as a Software Engineer at Mindfire Solutions. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Successive Technologies, initially as an Associate in Human Resources and later as a Senior Associate. In 2022, they joined RELX as an Associate Manager-HRBP until 2023. Currently, they are working at Lab49 as a Global Talent Specialist.

Aakriti Gupta has a diverse education history. Aakriti earned a Professional Certificate in HR Management & Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA (Working Executive) with a dual specialization in Leadership & Strategy and Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai from 2019 to 2020.

In 2019, Aakriti obtained a Certified Human Resource Generalist qualification from Talent Magnifier. Aakriti completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amity University Noida from 2014 to 2016. Furthermore, they hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from AJAY KUMAR GARG ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GHAZIABAD, which they completed between 2010 and 2014. Their educational journey began at Holy Angels' Convent school, where they pursued a Science Stream from 1996 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Aakriti has obtained numerous certifications. This includes completing courses such as "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" from LinkedIn in 2023, "Thinking like a Technologist" from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2022, "Enhancing Organizational Data Capabilities" from IMD in 2022, and "Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System" from LinkedIn in 2021. Aakriti also completed certifications in "Strategic Human Resources" from LinkedIn in 2021, "People Analytics" from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021, and "Management Communication" from Harvard Business School in 2021.

Aakriti has additional certifications in NLP Master Practitioner from Midas Touch NLP in 2018, Govt.
