Aleksandr Bolotnov

Aleksandr Bolotnov has extensive work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Aleksandr is currently the Head of Core Engineering practice at Lab49, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2021, Aleksandr worked at Luxoft USA as a Global Delivery Manager. In this role, they led top-performing teams, executed numerous projects for financial institutions, and positioned the organization competitively using metric-driven tools. Before Luxoft USA, Aleksandr worked at Luxoft as a Lead Program Manager, where they managed projects for UBS WMA and Standard and Poor's programs. Aleksandr also served as the Head of Project Management Office at Otkritie, where they designed and built a Project Management Office from scratch and introduced tools, culture, and knowledge to sharpen the organization's focus on strategic initiatives. Additionally, Aleksandr worked as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Luxoft, overseeing projects for Deutsche Bank. Their early career includes roles as a Product Manager at Oemdesign and as a Business Development Director at Digt.

Aleksandr Bolotnov attended Moscow Open Social Academy from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Business Administration and Management, but did not complete their degree. In addition, they obtained a certification in Strategic PMO from PMI in November 2011.
