David Joyce

David Joyce has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked as a Principal Engineer at Lab49 from 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they served as a Software Sr Engineer Specialty at Wells Fargo from 2021 to 2022.

David's previous experience includes founding their own company, Del Campo, LLC, where they held the role of Co-Founder from 2019 to 2021. David also worked as a Principal Consultant at Loomis, Sayles & Company from 2020 to 2021 and as a Principal Software Engineer at Achievement Network (ANet) from 2019 to 2020.

In terms of their earlier roles, David held various positions at Wells Fargo Securities from 2013 to 2019, including Asst Vice President, Cap Mkts ASE and Applications System Engineer 6. David was responsible for acting as a group architect, scrum master, and co-lead developer, as well as architecting and leading the development of the solution platform.

Prior to that, David worked as a Lead Developer at Ally Financial Inc. in 2012 and as an AVP / Senior Application Consultant at Bank of America from 2010 to 2012. At Bank of America, they were responsible for architecture, design, development, and support of trade platform integration services.

David's earlier experience also includes roles as a Senior Developer at Premier, Inc. in 2009 and as a System Software Engineer I and Consultant at USAA in 2008.

David Joyce completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems at Guilford College from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science and Religion/Philosophy at Mars Hill University from 1998 to 2001. In 1996 and 1997, they pursued Computer Science at Western Carolina University. Additionally, David obtained certifications such as the IBM Blockchain Foundation for Developers from Coursera in June 2018 and the PSM I certification from Scrum.org in May 2013. Currently, they are attending the Zero To Mastery Academy for an unspecified field of study, starting in 2021.
