Karime Abboud has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Karime is currently working as a Talent Acquisition at Lab49 since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sofia Manzanilla Headhunting as a CRM & Project Coordinator from September 2020 to April 2022. In this role, Karime was responsible for driving full cycle recruiting and selection processes, collaborating with clients to determine hiring needs, and developing recruiting strategies.

Karime Abboud pursued their undergraduate education at St. Mary's University, where they graduated in 2020. During their time at the university, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Psychology, which they successfully completed alongside their major.
