Karime Abboud

Karime Abboud has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Karime is currently working as a Talent Acquisition at Lab49 since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sofia Manzanilla Headhunting as a CRM & Project Coordinator from September 2020 to April 2022. In this role, Karime was responsible for driving full cycle recruiting and selection processes, collaborating with clients to determine hiring needs, and developing recruiting strategies.

Before that, Karime worked as a Logistics Coordinator Intern at Intermodal Services of Laredo (ISOL) in 2019. In this role, they coordinated and supervised day-to-day operations, served as a point of contact for client services, and managed customer-wide networks and transportation modes.

Karime also gained experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Único Artisans from April 2018 to April 2019. In this position, they spearheaded social media strategies, researched customer segmentation and market trends, and created and translated media content.

Furthermore, Karime worked as an AP/AR Accounting Intern at Intermodal Services of Laredo (ISOL) in 2018. Karime initiated meetings with senior team members, learned the practical use of SAP for accounts payable, and administered the onboarding process of new clients.

Lastly, Karime worked as a Site Coordinator at the Junior United States Tennis Association (USTA) from February 2016 to June 2016.

Karime Abboud pursued their undergraduate education at St. Mary's University, where they graduated in 2020. During their time at the university, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Psychology, which they successfully completed alongside their major.
