Mark Dalton

Mark Dalton is currently a Software Engineer at Lab651. Mark was previously a Beta Engineer at Trimble Transportation from February 2017 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for researching and identifying the root cause of software and hardware defects with troubleshooting, analysis of application and back end system logging, and reviewing of source code. Mark also developed and nurtured meaningful customer relationships and cultivated a subject matter expert level of knowledge on a large line of proprietary solutions to support end users. In addition, they gathered, organized and presented data for statistical risk analysis of pre-release and production defects for a group of product stakeholders within an Agile environment.

Before Trimble Transportation, Mark Dalton was a Consultant at Geek Squad from August 2015 to April 2017. Prior to that, they were the Product Manager – Discover Platform Services at Best Buy. Their first role at Best Buy was as a Sales Associate from October 2013 to August 2015.

Mark Dalton's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
