Alicia Carter

Alicia Carter, MD, currently serves as Vice President and Pathologist at Labcorp, specializing in LIMS Modernization, Digital Business Transformation, and Strategy since July 2007. Prior to this role, Alicia held positions as Vice President, Medical Director, IT Business Lead, and Pathologist at Labcorp. Earlier in their career, Alicia worked as a Senior Project Engineer at International Paper from 1993 to 1994 and as an Industrial and Systems Engineer at IBM from 1991 to 1993. Alicia obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree in Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1996 and 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1991.
