Rich Novia

Richard Novia Jr. serves as the Managing Director at Label Graphics Co, where responsibilities include stakeholder communication, strategic development, and team evaluation. As President/CEO at TheWrapLab Nashville Creative Group, Richard directs graphic design and creative marketing for clients. Previously, Richard was the Owner and Operations Manager of TitanMX, an action sports brand, and held the role of Senior Design Director at 12 Point SignWorks LLC, overseeing creative projects and signage. Richard began their career as a Designer and Sales Manager at Core Studios, focusing on design studio expansion. Education was completed at Newtown High School from 1997 to 2001.
