Krystal Suarez

Krystal Suarez has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters. Krystal then worked as a Marketing Assistant at Nuyorican Poets Cafe from 2012 to 2013, where they conducted research and developed partnerships to increase audience attendance. Krystal was a Publicity Intern at Bounce Public Relations in 2014, responsible for social media content creation and client placement. In 2015, they worked as a PR Coordinator at the Department of Humanities & Arts at CCNY, contributing to an integrated marketing campaign and using social media to reach a wide audience. Krystal also performed multiple roles at RooneyPartners as a Public Relations Intern, where they conducted social media research, assembled media lists, and pitched ideas to journalists. In 2015, they joined CO•OP as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, gaining skills in SEO and advertising. Krystal joined Direct Agents in 2015 as a Web Product Strategist, working until 2019. Krystal then worked at CO•OP again from 2016 to 2018 as a Digital Marketing Captain & Mentor. Most recently, Krystal joined Rubenstein in 2020 as an Associate Vice President, Digital, where they established digital approaches for clients and formulated cross-channel content strategies, among other responsibilities. In 2023, they became the Associate Director - SEO, CRO, and E-Commerce at Labelium.

Krystal Suarez has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The City College of New York, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. In 2019, they attended Fullstack Academy to study JavaScript, although they did not obtain a degree. In 2017, they also attended General Assembly and completed a course in Data Analytics.

Additionally, Krystal has pursued further education through a program at Florence University of the Arts in 2014, where they focused on International Marketing. Prior to their time at The City College of New York, Krystal attended Hofstra University from 2010 to 2011, but there is not enough information available to specify the degree or field of study they pursued at this institution.
