Tom Pavone

Tom Pavone is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 35 years as a Business Manager, Program Manager, and Civil/Environmental Engineer, and over 22 years in leadership roles including serving as the President/CEO of Cross Bros. Co. Inc., and as Owner/Founder of NY Engineering firm: T.A. Pavone & Associates. Tom’s previous experience includes more than a decade of technical experience as Engineer and Project Manager for water treatment projects, municipal infrastructure projects, and several projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. As a Vice President at LaBella and Director of the fast-growing Program Management Division, Tom believes that client success is inextricably linked to a strong culture of employee growth and engagement.
