Guillaume Sabatier

Guillaume Sabatier is currently the Chief Operations Officer and Head Pharmacist at Laboratoire Aguettant, a mid-sized family-owned pharmaceutical company with a turnover of 230M€. Prior to this, he served as the Site General Manager and Head Pharmacist at DELPHARM HUNINGUE, managing a CDMO site with 350 associates and a 50M€ turnover. Before that, he held various leadership roles at Novartis, including Operational Excellence Lead and Process Unit Head. Guillaume has a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Master's in Biological and Medical Sciences from Université de Rennes I.
