Vania Zagazeta has extensive experience in the field of human resources and culture development. Vania has worked at two different companies, Laboratoria and Mambo.
At Laboratoria, Vania held the role of Regional People & Culture Director - LATAM. In this position, they led the implementation of the operational growth model across the region and developed key HR processes. Vania also expanded the team from approximately 30 collaborators in 3 countries to over 120 in 5 countries. Additionally, Vania designed a unique and flexible learning program for employees to maximize value.
Prior to their role at Laboratoria, Vania worked at Mambo as the Head of Talent and Culture. During their time there, they managed the People & Culture team and created a scalable model to support local and international growth. Vania also led the implementation of the values framework and meritocracy program, ensuring excellence in identifying and promoting top talent within the organization. Vania designed and optimized key HR processes, resulting in high employee satisfaction with hiring and onboarding. Furthermore, they developed an internal learning program with over 25 courses, which was recognized by Taleus in 2015.
