Alejandra Zacarias Flores

Alejandra Zacarias Flores has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Jefa de Reclutamiento y Comunicación at Laboratorios Sanfer since January 2012, where responsibilities include ensuring the proper integration of new talent and overseeing their performance, as well as developing internal communication strategies across various departments. Previously, from March 2008 to November 2011, Alejandra held the position of Jefa de Recursos Humanos at MetLife Alico, focusing on recruitment and selection goals for the sales force across multiple regions. Additionally, Alejandra worked as Jefe de Recursos Humanos at ALICO from 2002 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Capital Management from Universidad Anáhuac, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, completed in 2008.
