Kavita T has a wealth of work experience, having worked for numerous companies since 1998. Starting as a Helpdesk Analyst at IBM, they then moved to Commonwealth Bank as a Project Lead in 2000. In 2002, they became a Unit Manager at Mphasis, and in 2005, they were promoted to Assistant Manager at AXA Business Services. In 2010, they moved to Sopra Steria as a Manager, and in 2011, they became a Manager at Tridiagonal Solutions Pvt.Ltd. In 2013, they were promoted to AVP at e-Zest Solutions, and in 2015, they moved to Hoonar Tekwurks Consulting LLP. as Vice President. In 2019, they took on the role of Consultant at Insurance, and most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Implementation & Partnerships at LaborEdge.
