David Gobbi

David Gobbi has over 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles. David currently holds the position of Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at LABORIE since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Anika Therapeutics as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from October 2018 to May 2020, where they provided commercial finance leadership and led valuation modeling activities for two bolt-on acquisitions. Before that, they were a Finance Business Partner at Smith & Nephew for their Sports Medicine Business Unit from 2016 to 2018, overseeing the finance integration of a strategic plan, annual budget, and new product portfolio. David also served as a Finance Director for the Arthroscopy Technologies Division and Joint Repair Division at Smith & Nephew from 2011 to 2015, partnering with division SVP, Marketing, and R&D to provide finance support and develop market models. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Smith & Nephew.

David Gobbi has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. David also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from George Mason University.
