For clients and visitors at Laciak CPA, the “more” they receive starts the moment they open the door to the CPA firm’s Valparaiso office. That’s where Heidi Frisch, Laciak’s executive assistant, is typically stationed.

When Heidi’s not welcoming clients by foot or phone, she’s busy organizing and filing paperwork, making copies, coordinating schedules, and by her own description, doing whatever she can to support the team so they can do more for clients of the 31 year old accountancy group.
