Kimberly Walker

Kimberly Walker has extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as a Wireless QoS Administrator for Lackawanna County since 2015. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as an IT Specialist at Times Shamrock from 2012 to 2015, and held positions as a Trainer/Manager at Payless ShoeSource from 1994 to 2012. Educationally, Kimberly holds an Associate degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute (2009-2012) and two Associate degrees from Penn State University in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Technology, both earned between 1988 and 1991.
