Sean Nelson

Sean Nelson has over 29 years of experience in the paint process industry, currently serving as Paint Process Manager at Lacks Enterprises since September 1994. In this role, Sean oversees daily paint operations, manages a team of Process Technicians, Paint Mix Technicians, Hand Sprayers, and Launch Coordinators, and supervises launch activities. Previously, Sean worked at Lacks Trim Systems from September 1994 to July 2010, holding roles as Process Engineer, Tooling Engineer, and Paint Process Technician, where responsibilities included launching new products and programming ABB robots. Sean began their career at Steelcase as a paint line unracker in 1994. Sean holds a diploma from Kelloggsville High School and completed education at the University of Michigan in 1994.
