Sophia Panzer

Sophia Panzer is the HR Director for DACH/Scandinavia at Lacoste since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sophia served as the Head of HR Retail and HR-Business Partner for the same regions. Sophia started their career at Lacoste as a Marketing & PR Assistant and HR Intern. Before joining Lacoste, Sophia pursued a dual study in Business Economics at Flairhotel Winkler Bräu. Sophia holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Internationale Berufsakademie.
