Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Manoj is currently employed at Lactalis Canada as a Senior Director for Research and Development. Prior to this, they served as the Director for Cheese Production & Continuous Improvement at the same company. Manoj has also held the roles of Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Manager for Technical & Quality at Lactalis Canada.

Before joining Lactalis Canada, Manoj worked at Saputo Inc. as a Plant Manager (Director). Manoj also gained valuable experience at Parmalat Canada, where they served as a Cheese Plant Manager and Senior Technical Cheese Specialist. Additionally, they held positions as a Research Scientist III in Product Development & Regulatory and a Research Scientist II in Microbiology at Parmalat Canada.

Earlier in their career, Manoj worked as a Quality Control Manager and Assistant Manager for Operations & Engineering at Imperial Chilled Juice Inc. Manoj also served as a Graduate Research & Teaching Assistant at the University of Guelph.

Manoj's earliest professional experience includes working as a Deputy Manager for Production at Verka and as a Management Trainee at the National Dairy Research Institute. With their extensive background in management, research, and quality control, Manoj Kumar has established himself as a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional in the food and dairy industry.

Manoj Kumar, MSc, MBA, has a diverse education history. Manoj obtained their Bachelor of Engineering/B.Tech. in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph between 2003 and 2005. Finally, they completed an MBA with a focus on Finance and Strategic Management from Wilfrid Laurier University from 2009 to 2013.
