Stephane Gerault

Stephane Gerault has extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry, with a focus on plant operations and raw material management. Stephane is currently serving as the Senior Director of Industrial Manufacturing at Lactalis Canada. In their previous role as Director of Raw Material Management at Lactalis Canada, they successfully implemented best practices and achieved significant cost savings. Prior to that, they held positions as the Director of Plant Operations at Parmalat South Africa & Parmalat in Africa (Lactalis) and the Lactalis Group, Roquefort Societe. Throughout their career, Stephane has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effectively managing large teams and achieving impressive production and turnover results.

Stephane Gerault earned a Master's degree in Food Science, Food Processing from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers between 1990 and 1995.
