Sharlene Bheekie

Sharlene Bheekie is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Lactalis South Africa since July 2022, Sharlene has previously held key HR roles at mothers2mothers, where support was provided to implementing countries in Africa, and at Parmalat South Africa, overseeing HR processes at both Head Office and Africa-wide. Prior experience includes positions at Nestlé, where management of HR processes at the Bellville Distribution Centre was conducted, and involvement in talent management. Sharlene holds a BSocSci (Honours) in Organisational Psychology and Change Management, and a BSocSci degree in Clinical Psychology, Sociology, and Organisational Psychology, both from the University of Cape Town.
